There are a number of these especially narrow, finely knotted central Persian city runners in our extensive inventory. This closely woven, well-drawn Kenare shows five round, cogwheel medallions in straw. supported by a brick red ground featuring palmettes, and C-curved serrated leaves, and quarter corner medallions. Sand rosette, leaf and palmette border. Good condition, infinitely versatile.
