The urban rugs made in the enormous NE Persian province (see also Meshed), with repeating patterns, long carpet formats (kellegis), soft wool, jufti knots (knots on four warps) and cochineal as a red source. Few early scatters and no room sizes. Basically 18th –early 20th centuries. Medium weaves.
