Oushak in western Turkey has been weaving carpets for nearly 600 years. In the last two centuries, the weavers hasve settled on western room sizes for export, and here is a recent take on this protocol. The sand field shows palmettes, tulip decorated vases, short vinery and assorted floating floral elements The pattern is four way symmetric around the centre.
