The old ivory field with a dense layering of palmettes and spiral vines is classic Isfahan, but the double central tall motif consisting of two vases, associated botehs, largwe and ragged laurel leaf pairs and a central cartouche is unique. A light blue joined corners inner frames edges the field and a navy border of palmettes completes the design. Low-clipped velvety pile with a very fine weave. Good condition. Totally urban facture.
